Job Overview:

The Litigation Attorney will strategically manage high-value personal injury cases, overseeing all stages with precision and a proactive approach. They will craft and refine legal documents, undertake rigorous legal research, foster strong relationships with clients and experts, negotiate settlements, and lead depositions.

Duties:

• Strategically manage high-value personal injury cases, overseeing all stages with precision and a proactive approach.
• Craft and refine legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, to ensure they are ironclad and persuasive.
• Undertake rigorous legal research to build unassailable cases, diving deep into case law, insurance policies, and intricate medical details.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, expert witnesses, and medical professionals, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate.
• Masterfully negotiate settlements, always aiming for the maximum compensation possible for clients.
• Lead depositions confidently, meticulously preparing to conduct and defend, ensuring you’re always several steps ahead.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of personal injury litigation experience with a proven track record in the courtroom, including multiple jury trials.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology enables you to easily navigate complex cases.
• Have exceptional legal skills, including top-notch drafting, research, negotiation, and communication abilities. You’re articulate, persuasive, and relentless in your pursuit of justice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Missouri State Bar (active and in good standing).
