Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), particularly mediation. Duties:

• Represent clients in mediation, informal negotiations, and other ADR proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis about homeowner law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice and support.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation or real estate law.
• Experience with formal ADR proceedings, with a focus on mediation.
