A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of civil litigation cases, requiring excellent writing skills, a strong academic background, and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or eligibility for admission based on a sufficient UBE score.

Job Details:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases before state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, or eligibility for admission based on a sufficient UBE score for the relevant jurisdictions.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
