Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil or family law matters depending on interest and experience

• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and client correspondence

• Engage in client counseling and case strategy sessions

• Prepare for and participate in court hearings (if litigation-focused)

• Collaborate closely with partners and associates on case development and resolution

• Attend firm events and contribute to the firm’s collegial and supportive culture

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in civil litigation and/or family law

• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

• Ability to manage a caseload with supervision or independently, depending on experience

• Willingness to either litigate actively or support litigation in a non-courtroom role

• Commitment to professionalism and client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

Skills:

• Legal drafting and research

• Courtroom advocacy (if applicable)
