Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters with varying levels of complexity

• Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, motions, and memoranda

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

• Assist with trial preparation and participate in hearings and court proceedings

• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients regarding case status

Requirements:

• 1 to 10 years of legal experience, preferably in family law

• Familiarity with California family court procedures and local rules

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple active cases

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license in good standing with the California State Bar
