Duties

• Defend employers in class, collective, and representative actions.
• Handle single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits.
• Advise employers on various employment issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and trainings.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in employment counseling and/or litigation preferred.
• Robust litigation experience with an interest in employment law is desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
