Job Overview:

The Criminal Defense Attorney will represent clients in civil court cases, manage all phases of the litigation process, and provide effective legal counsel in criminal law matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, courtroom advocacy experience, and a commitment to justice.

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil court cases, managing all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Research and analyze legal issues, laws, and regulations for clients.
• Draft and file legal documents, including lawsuits, appeals, and legal briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in legal disputes.
• Clearly and promptly communicate with staff and clients.
• Maintain organization in all areas of practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
• Proven experience in criminal law, with a track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to justice and a compassionate understanding of clients' situations.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
