The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline. The candidate must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and possess excellent academic credentials, strong organizational and communication skills, and leadership capabilities. Prior experience in a law firm is desirable, and the candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with team members.

Duties:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications in the biotechnology field.
  • Evaluate and analyze patent portfolios.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations related to intellectual property matters.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on biotech intellectual property issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.

Requirements:
