A law firm in Washington, DC is currently seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in competition-focused matters, including litigation, regulatory enforcement, product distribution, and complex mergers and acquisitions. Experience with antitrust litigation, civil or criminal enforcement, and/or Hart-Scott-Rodino filings or second requests is required. Prior experience in the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, or consumer protection is a plus. The candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills.

 

Duties:

  • Assume substantive responsibilities in competition-focused matters.
  • Handle litigation, regulatory enforcement, product distribution, and complex mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct antitrust litigation, civil or criminal enforcement, and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings or second requests.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or government agency.
  • Experience in antitrust litigation, civil or criminal enforcement, and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings or second requests.
  • Prior experience in the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, or consumer protection is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
