A law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney for its Seattle location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client intake through claim resolution, with a focus on personal injury cases. Below are the detailed job requirements and qualifications:

Job Overview:

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Manage a team consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant.
• Handle all aspects of case management, from client intake to resolution.

Duties:

• Conduct client intake interviews and assess the viability of personal injury claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in personal injury law.
• Strong litigation and trial experience.
• Excellent case management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Washington State Bar.
