The candidate will draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. Will correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on their own technical and scientific areas of expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Should have a Ph.D. in chemistry, preferably synthetic or organic chemistry. Must preferably be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
