A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to provide critical guidance to healthcare clients, advising on regulatory requirements, compliance counseling, defending government investigations, litigation, and structuring strategic transactions.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to provide guidance on achieving client goals.
  • Advise healthcare clients on regulatory requirements throughout all phases of their businesses.
  • Navigate and apply regulatory requirements including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare conditions of participation, and state regulations.
  • Provide counsel on HIPAA, healthcare privacy, data breach, Knox-Keene, digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology transactions, ACOs, and Medicare DCD program.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing as necessary.
  • Take ownership of projects and work effectively as a team member.
  • Communicate directly with clients on a regular basis.

 

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the Bar in the state.
  • 5-7 years of experience focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector.
  • Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the state.

 

Skills:

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
