Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level patent litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of patent litigation experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Specifically looking for a background in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or life sciences. Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation, including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.

The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible.
