The candidate will prepare and prosecute patent applications. Will contribute to prosecution strategy. Provide technical and legal research analysis with respect to matters pending before the USPTO. Provide technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings. Strong technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software, or computer science is required. USPTO registration is essential.
