The Litigation Associate Attorney will manage a caseload and handle court appearances, depositions, and client communication. The role requires 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably including bankruptcy experience and excellent academic and writing credentials. The candidate must be licensed to practice in New York, with admission to New Jersey Bar considered a plus.

Duties:

• Manage a litigation caseload, overseeing cases from initiation to conclusion.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status reports and updates.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably including bankruptcy experience.
• Excellent academic and writing credentials.
• Experience with various federal, state, and regulatory financial litigation and white-collar defense.
• Licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey Bar admission a plus.
• Member in good standing of the New York/New Jersey State Bar.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
