A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel level Labor and Employment Attorney with 6+ years of experience for their Florham Park, NJ office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries nationwide.

Duties

• Draft, counsel, negotiate, and litigate restrictive covenants in state and federal courts.
• Handle orders to show cause in New Jersey and New York.

Requirements

• Deep experience in labor and employment law.
• Excellent academic performance in law school.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the NJ and NY State Bars.
