Duties:

  • Direct and manage a high-volume caseload involving personal injury matters

  • Supervise and mentor a team of case managers throughout the pre-litigation process

  • Develop and implement legal strategies to strengthen case value and ensure favorable outcomes

  • Oversee client intake, case progress, and resolution

  • Monitor case timelines, metrics, and performance benchmarks

  • Draft and review settlement demands and legal correspondence

  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties or insurers

  • Interpret and analyze medical records, billing statements, and expert reports

  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding legal updates and treatment plans

  • Evaluate liability and insurance coverage based on factual evidence and documentation

Requirements:

  • Active and in good standing licensure with the California State Bar

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams or legal staff

  • Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Casepeer or similar)

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus

  • Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Commitment to continuous learning and ethical client advocacy

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
