Duties

• Manage and oversee a high-volume docket of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
• Conduct liability analysis, evaluate coverage, and develop case strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and high-quality service.
• Review and assess medical records, police reports, and insurance materials.
• Draft and respond to correspondence, demand letters, and settlement communications.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel for favorable outcomes.
• Prepare cases for litigation handoff when settlement cannot be achieved.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the case management system.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education
