Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its expanding office in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's growth in areas such as healthcare, labor and employment, ESOPs and employee benefits, defense contracting, public finance, bankruptcy, and commercial real estate.

Duties

• Provide legal expertise in specified practice areas.
• Collaborate with clients to address their legal needs.
• Manage multiple cases and projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Six or more years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.

Certifications

• Admission to the North Carolina Bar in good standing or eligibility to waive in.
