A law firm in Sacramento is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of transactional legal experience in real estate or business. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of high academic achievement, strong client customer service orientation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills are essential for this position.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews, including title, survey, and zoning matters.
  • Provide legal advice and support on real estate development, land use, and environmental issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions.
  • Assist with closings and post-closing matters.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal opinions and memoranda.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of transactional legal experience in real estate or business.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactional law and concepts.
  • Proven record of high academic achievement.
  • Commitment to client service and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills.

 

Education:
