Job Overview: A law firm in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience in real estate law and finance, particularly in commercial real estate transactions. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including land use and zoning issues, title matters, and environmental concerns.
  • Assist with due diligence investigations and property inspections.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance principles and transaction structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
