A law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team as a Matrimonial and Family Lawyer. This position involves handling a range of cases in matrimonial and family law. Join a team of matrimonial and family lawyers in a reputable law firm located in New York City, NY. Duties:

  • Handle a variety of matrimonial and family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence matters.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes when appropriate.
  • Keep abreast of changes in matrimonial and family law through continuous legal education.

Requirements:
