Family Law Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in specific types of cases including Dissolution of Marriage and Legal Separations; Allocation of Parental Responsibilities; Adoption, modification of APR/Child Support/Maintenance; Protection Orders; Dependency, and Neglect. Will develop, prepare, and defend the clients against criminal charges at all stages of domestic relations proceedings. Participate in legal and advocacy conferences and develop and provide CLE presentations on pertinent topics. Perform other duties as assigned. Moderate experience is required, though on-site training and mentorship will be provided. Spanish Language Skills (conversational) are essential.

The candidate will have the ability to work effectively and professionally with lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients. Strong and demonstrated commitment to civil rights and civil liberties consistent with the values of firm essential. Exceptional oral advocacy skills are needed.
