FDA and Biotechnology Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks FDA and biotechnology associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be conducting research and legal analyses; drafting agreements; drafting correspondence to FDA; reviewing product promotional materials; drafting standard operating procedures and policies; and other projects to guide company actions. Must have an interest in working on behalf of the life sciences industry, including counseling drug, medical device, and biologic companies on the regulatory and marketing aspects of drugs, medical devices, biologics, and other types of FDA-regulated products. Prior FDA experience is strongly preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials; strong analytical, research, and writing skills; and be able to work in a collaborative environment.
