Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Banking and Finance Associate to join its Corporate and Commercial Finance team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in advising on secured commercial lending transactions and other complex finance matters.

Duties

  • Advise on secured commercial lending transactions.
  • Handle syndicated and bilateral bank financings.
  • Manage asset-based lending and NAV financings.

Requirements
