Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The candidate should have California Bar admission. Experience with the plaintiffs side work is preferred. Experience with non-patent software/technology litigation, including contract/project disputes, is a plus. Must have the ability to run cases with minimal direction/ability to self-direct and eDiscovery experience. Should have strong writing and oral presentation skills.
