Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in employment law, preferably in the technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy, or real estate industries. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to leverage their litigation experience and entrepreneurial spirit to resolve the client's most pressing employment concerns in a highly interactive team environment.

Duties:

• Handle employment law matters, including litigation, in a variety of industries.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to address employment-related issues.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings.
• Work closely with clients to understand and address their employment concerns.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in employment law.
• Experience in technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy, or real estate industries is preferred.
• Strong litigation skills and the ability to resolve employment-related issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
