Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney who must be admitted to the Colorado Bar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, with a preference for labor and employment experience. However, general civil litigation experience is also welcome. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this role. The annual billing requirement is 1,900 hours, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex employment issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and policies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement case strategies.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in the state of Colorado.
