The successful candidate will be expected to bring a portable book of business exceeding $300,000, with rates surpassing $500 per hour. Duties:

• Represent clients in entertainment-related legal matters, including contracts, licensing, and intellectual property issues.

• Draft and review various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide informed recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on entertainment law.

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:
