Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex matters, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. Experience running deals is a plus.

Duties:

• Gain direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex corporate matters.
• Run deals independently, demonstrating experience and proficiency.
• Engage in a variety of corporate transactional activities, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.
• Ability to run deals independently.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
