A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Estate Planning and Trust Administration and Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and trust administration, along with experience in drafting wills and trust agreements. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage matters independently and deliver high-quality legal services.

Duties:

• Handle estate planning matters, including drafting wills and trust agreements
• Manage trust administration processes, including asset distribution and beneficiary communication
• Provide legal counsel on estate and trust matters to clients
• Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning and trust administration issues
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
• Ensure compliance with California state laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Active, in-good-standing license to practice law in the state of California
• Strong knowledge of California state laws related to estate planning and trust administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active, in-good-standing license to practice law in the state of California
