Job Overview: A law firm in Wheeling, WV, is seeking a highly motivated Banking And Finance Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience. The successful candidate must possess superior client service skills and be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State, satisfying any requirements of the Firm's office's jurisdiction.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on various banking and finance matters.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating various finance-related documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and promissory notes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence reviews and financial transactions.
• Represent clients in banking and finance-related litigation matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, preferably in banking and finance law.
• Strong understanding of banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior client service skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
