Junior Global Finance Leveraged Lending Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking a Junior Global Finance Leveraged Lending Associate Attorney. Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• Experience practicing law, preferably in finance or banking law.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
• Familiarity with asset-based lending is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
