Associate Attorney with insurance defense litigation experience

Decatur office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience. The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Conduct initial investigations. Prepare consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments. Trucking, construction, premises liability, and product defect litigation are relevant to the practice areas the candidate would be handling. Must be admitted to practice in Georgia. Other Bar admissions are welcome.

The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. A strong understanding of Georgia law and procedure is required. The position would require travel throughout the state.
