The Trial Attorney Manager will oversee and guide on litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions, ensuring proper case development and trial preparation while maximizing case value. The ideal candidate will possess extensive trial experience, preferably in personal injury cases, along with a background in managing plaintiff or defense litigation, trial lawyers, and trial teams, coupled with strong leadership and management skills.

Duties:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of trial experience, with a preference for personal injury trial experience.

• Thorough understanding of leadership and management principles.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
