Private Client Associate Attorney

Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a private client associate attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting, in estate and trust planning for high net-worth clients and the administration of complex estates and trusts, as well as in tax planning and business succession. The candidate must have a current membership in the Massachusetts Bar. Further admission to Rhode Island, Connecticut, and/or Florida is a strong plus.

The candidate must have excellent drafting skills and academic credentials, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills. A desire to play a key role in a sophisticated and growing trusts & estates practice is required.
