Duties:

  • Handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, parenting plans, and support issues

  • Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and case updates

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

  • Participate in court appearances, depositions, and mediations

  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a comprehensive case strategy and execution

  • Maintain case files and manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in family law or litigation

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and high-volume caseloads

  • Commitment to a client-centered approach and ethical practice

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar License required
