The candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting clients in court proceedings.

 

Duties:

  • Provide counsel to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and domestic violence.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar.
  • 0-5 years of experience in family/matrimonial law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

 

Education:
