Jackson office of our client seeks a corporate commercial M&A attorney with 3-10years of experience. The candidate should have a substantial corporate transactional background, primarily focused on M&A (company side (public and private) as well as private equity), and have substantial experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing such transactions. Must have Bar admission.
