Corporate Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Lead corporate transactions from inception to closing
• Provide legal counsel and support to executives, investors, and boards of directors
• Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis as required
• Assist in due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Utah State Bar or ability to waive in
• 5-7 years of relevant corporate legal experience
• Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and interact with clients
