Mid To Senior-Level Debt Collections Associate Attorney

Detroit office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid to senior-level debt collections associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will handle commercial debt collection on behalf of some of the Firms clients and on behalf of the Firm itself. Must have experience and familiarity with state court litigation procedures, post-judgment collections, working knowledge and understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and bankruptcy proceedings. Must also have a demonstrated ability to capably juggle multiple matters and deadlines and be effective at working as part of a supportive team, including supervision of other associates or legal assistants, and must have strong writing, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills.
