Duties

  • Advise on equity and executive compensation matters.
  • Prepare and review proxy disclosures.
  • Draft and negotiate employment and severance agreements.
  • Provide guidance on IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant legal experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
