Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law.

Duties

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Advise clients on benefits and employment issues, focusing on health and welfare benefits.
  • Assist in plan design, implementation, compliance, corrections, amendments, and terminations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong academic record.

Education
