The ideal candidate will possess expertise in general civil litigation and real estate-related litigation, although various types of litigation experience will be considered. This role requires pre-trial and trial experience, and the attorney will play a significant role in managing and leading complex litigation cases.

Duties:

  • Manage and lead complex litigation cases, including pre-trial and trial phases.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, case analysis, and preparation of legal strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and courtroom proceedings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of litigation experience as an attorney.
  • Preferred expertise in general civil litigation and real estate-related litigation.
  • Strong pre-trial and trial experience.
