Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Lawyer at a law firm.
  • Proven expertise in securities offerings and 34 Act filings.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.
