Duties

• Conduct detailed legal research to support senior counsel and clients.
• Advise on laws governing public bodies, including the Right-to-Know Law and the Sunshine Act.
• Represent clients in zoning matters and support ordinance drafting.
• Draft documents for collective bargaining and public sector labor practices.
• Provide legal assistance in real estate and eminent domain proceedings.
• Attend public meetings and hearings, offering legal counsel as needed.
• Prepare court materials and represent clients in public sector cases.
• Advise on student rights and special education issues.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• A degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of experience with public sector clients.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
