Global Immigration and Mobility Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is currently seeking a seasoned Attorney with deep expertise in global immigration and mobility to support its international clientele. This role is tailored for a driven legal professional with a passion for managing cross-border matters, guiding multinational companies on immigration strategy and compliance, and delivering client-focused legal solutions. Location:

• Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex, multinational client portfolios with a focus on immigration, global mobility, and compliance

• Develop tailored legal strategies aligned with clients’ global mobility objectives

• Coordinate with in-country counsel and local immigration professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

• Monitor and advise on global immigration policy changes and regulatory developments

• Design and implement immigration compliance programs and internal policy frameworks

• Draft and review legal documents including petitions, applications, and advisory memoranda

• Provide internal training and strategic support to client-facing teams on immigration best practices

• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong focus on global mobility and corporate immigration matters

• Proven track record managing complex multinational legal portfolios

• Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction

• Solid understanding of global immigration systems and legal frameworks (U.S., EU, APAC, LATAM preferred)

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver high-level legal counsel

• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced legal environments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or international equivalent

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction

Skills:

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships

• High level of autonomy and self-direction, with the ability to collaborate across global teams

• Multilingual skills or international experience is a plus

• Familiarity with global mobility platforms or immigration compliance tools preferred
