Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Business Immigration Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves extensive research, drafting, and filing of employment-based immigration processes, with a focus on nonimmigrant visa petitions. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing remote work up to two days per week.

Duties

  • Engage in direct client interaction.
  • Monitor critical deadlines.
  • Review work of legal assistants and report to supervising partner.
  • Draft and review letters, forms, and documents for partner/client review and submission to government agencies.
  • Ensure client digital and physical files are maintained and organized.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree.
  • One year of experience in employment-based immigration (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong writing and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
