Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate.
  • Assist clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing processes.
  • Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate matters.
  • Handle due diligence and title examination.
  • Attend and represent clients in real estate closings and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Ohio State Bar Association or eligibility for immediate admission.
  • Minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience in renewables is highly desirable.
  • Strong academic record with a focus on real estate law.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
