Duties:

  • Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
  • Establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on various aspects of commercial real estate law.
  • Collaborate with clients and peers on transactional strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence and title reviews.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and closings.

 

Experience:

4-6 years of commercial real estate experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio or willing to seek licensure.

 

Skills:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
  • Established proficiency in commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
